Half of my steam workshop mods are "uninstalled" for some reason. I also tried unsubscribing from some mods and resubscribing but then they appear at the bottom of the list of mods and don't do anything.
At the bottom of the launcher there is a message saying " Waiting for Steam to download mod updates" however nothing is happening.

Hello, please check the Download in the Steam client, there should be a row "Arma 3 - Workshop Content" and there may be an install or resume button next to it or the download progress if the Steam is downloading the items.
There aren't any downloads for Arma 3 workshop. However I recently got several Arma 3 workshop updates but they are very small and when I go to view what is being downloaded, nothing is listed. I checked to see if any mods were then installed but nothing changed. If you open the app menu hamburger menu in the top right corner in the Launcher window, click on the "Export Launcher logs".

I've tried searching for help, restarting steam, unsubbing, etc. What the hell is the issue here? When a large list of mods is being processes, there is a momentary spike in memory usage while the list of mods is transferred from Steam to Launcher and if the OS can't allocated necessary amount of memory fast enough, it will cause the crash.
Holy crap, thanks so much! I had no idea this would get resolved so quickly. Seriously, thank you for your quick responses! One more thing. Does unsubscribing from the mods just fix the crashes, or will it also make the mods be recognized in a timely manner by the launcher? I've a special version of Launcher with enhanced logging.
Could you please try to run it for me? So, I followed your instructions, and none of the mods that I subscribed to showed up. However, Around two thirds of all of my mods I have a bunch of them all said they were updated.
Anyway, here are the logs: Arma 3 logs. I just realized that I may not have included all of the current logs. Here are all of them I Think More Arma 3 logs. Just a quick update. I started my launcher just now PM EST to see if any mods that I subbed to earlier today actually showed in the launcher.
To my surprise, a mod actually showed up! I only downloaded one mod today, and it didn't crash the launcher since I unsubscribed from a bunch of mods I didn't use. In addition, I was messing around with some mods and I got them to show up as soon as I subscribed to them.
I had been trying to get the new RHS mods to show up on the launcher for the past week, but I finally got it to sort of work. I managed to find the RHS mods that were downloaded from the workshop deep in my steam folder, and I deleted all of them manually. Afterwards, I resubscribed to the mods, and they showed up immediately in the launcher. However, they didn't actually download and are all marked as corrupted.
From there, I deleted them and resubscribed to them. This time, it is actually downloading some of the mod Only 2. I will update again once the downloads finish. Good news! The RHS mods downloaded without issue and showed up on the launcher right away! In addition, I downloaded several other mods, and they all got to the launcher without issue.
